Chef Kev is taking the private foodservice market in Dallas by storm. The Executive Chef & Owner, of GourmEATS Catering Services, Ashade caters the corporate event, creates nutritional plans for athletes and stars and serves private dinner parties in Dallas.The French-trained culinary professional attained his bachelor’s degree in culinary arts management from the Culinary Institute of America in New York.
In 2016, the Colony High School graduate appeared on the Food Network Channel where he beat out celebrity chef Bobby Flay on his own show.
When asked about his future plans for GourmEATS, Ashade states that he plans on purchasing a commercial kitchen and developing a summer culinary program for children.
I might have my own restaurant in the future, but for now, I’m just interested in catering to what my clients need.
