Brianne Martin
Survivorship, advocacy and courage all make for a great story and Martin sure has a story to tell.
As a Hispanic female engineer in the South, she’s had to burst through her fair share of glass ceilings. Raised by a single mother, Martin credit her mother’s determination to complete every task put before her. As a public figure, she hopes to encourage and support young women in the same manner that her mother supported her.
“How can we expect our children to make it if they never see themselves represented in the media?”
A member of the Society of Professional Hispanic Engineers (SHPE), Martin’s passion is using social media to encourage and empower students of all backgrounds to follow their dreams.
